CANEA ONE SharePoint Connect mirrors the information in the management system to users' SharePoint portals in real time, ensuring that it is up to date and accurate at all times. In other words, it is easy to access documents in the management system via your SharePoint portal.

However, if you want to work with the documents, for example to create new versions, simply click on the relevant hyperlink to go directly to CANEA ONE. When it comes to workflow cases, metadata such as the status of complaints, deviations, and improvement suggestions is mirrored to the stakeholders' intranet.

The difference between CANEA ONE SharePoint Connect and Connect+

  • CANEA ONE SharePoint Connect
    Users can view cases and documents in the management system via their Sharepoint portal. Organizations that use the workflow module can easily allow users to access metadata such as the status of complaints, deviations, and suggestions for improvement. 

  • CANEA ONE SharePoint Connect+
    With Connect+, users can access both documents and cases in Sharepoint, which increases accessibility to important information. PDF files can be opened directly in the browser, and when you click on other document formats, a download icon appears.
