E.ON Sales Germany has a long history working mainly with Excel as their project portfolio management tool. This has made it difficult to keep an accurate overview of the status, hard to create forecasts, make prioritization and keep track of versions as well as updates. When choosing CANEA ONE, E.ON was searching for a powerful off-the-shelf software solution with a rapid implementation which is cloud-based. It was important to choose a product that was ready to use right away, without the need to customize it and with a fast ramp-up time for all users.
