CANEA Insight is intentionally built as a standalone add-on module that does not affect the core product CANEA ONE. Data is retrieved via the CANEA Open API based on defined views and stored in a separate database. This means that only selected and controlled information is used - and that data flows and access can be managed according to your requirements.
Questions and answers
About the product
Yes. CANEA Insight can be used directly in CANEA ONE, on your mobile device, or through an external web window - which can be published, for example, on your intranet or made available to customers and partners who do not have access to CANEA ONE.
Technology and security
Access is managed via login to each respective Insight site. The content configured for an Insight site is available to everyone who logs in to it. If different target groups need access to different content, multiple Insight instances can be set up, where each instance is based on its own configured selection of documents.
