This training provides an understanding of how requirements can be interpreted, met, and used to create real value for organizations. We cover process orientation and other key practices and explain the benefits of an integrated management system as well as how it can contribute to better profitability.
Upon completion of the course, you should be able to find your way around the standard, understand the purpose of each requirement element, and have examples of tools to meet the requirements. During the course, theory is interspersed with practical exercises to promote learning and to make the knowledge easier to apply in your organization.

Who is it for?
The course is intended for anyone who wants to gain a practical understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 and learn how to use the standards as tools to build and develop management systems that create real business value.
What prior knowledge is required?
This course requires no prior knowledge.
Purpose and objectives
The aim of the course is to give you an understanding of the basics of quality and environmental management and how the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards can be used to build and develop a well-functioning management system.
Other information
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 are included in the course price. We have participated in the development of the new version of ISO 9001 that was launched in 2015 and have deep expertise in this area.
