    For those who want to lead their own improvement projects and create measurable business results. The program follows ASQ’s Certified Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge and combines theory, Lean simulations, practical application, and coaching linked to a real improvement project.

    Content

    You will learn the full DMAIC process, including Measurement System Analysis (MSA), process capability, hypothesis testing, regression, basic Design of Experiments (DOE), and key Lean tools.

    The program concludes with a project presentation and CANEA Green Belt certification.
    ASQ certification requires a separate exam through ASQ.

    Description

    Target Audience

    Improvement leaders, project managers, process and business developers, and line managers who will lead improvement projects.

    Purpose

    Provide participants with the ability to independently run Lean Six Sigma projects from problem definition to implementation and follow-up, according to ASQ's Green Belt standard.

    What You Will Learn
    • In-depth understanding of the DMAIC methodology
    • MSA (Gage R&R) and statistical tools for data analysis
    • Hypothesis testing, ANOVA, and regression to identify root causes
    • Basic Design of Experiments (DOE)
    • Risk assessment and implementation planning
    • Control plans, SPC, and standardization
    Structure

    7 days of training split into two sessions. Between sessions, participants work on their own improvement projects with coaching support. Green Belt certification is awarded after a successfully completed project.

    • Day 1–2: Yellow Belt content (DMAIC, roles, VOC, process mapping)
    • Day 3: Project review, MSA, descriptive statistics, process capability
    • Day 4: Hypothesis testing, ANOVA, regression, FMEA, root cause analysis
    • Day 5: Creative problem solving, DOE introduction, risk analysis, implementation plans
    • Day 6: Lean Game, control plans, SPC
    • Day 7: Project presentations and closing
