Content
You lead a real improvement project with individual coaching and develop leadership skills in change management, portfolio management, and coaching Green Belts. The program concludes with a project presentation and CANEA Black Belt certification.
ASQ Black Belt certification requires a separate exam through ASQ.

Purpose
Develop participants into change leaders and methodology experts who can deliverstrategically important results, coach Green Belts, and drive theorganization’s improvement portfolio.

20 days of training, delivered in multiple blocks. Participants work on their ownimprovement projects with ongoing coaching. Certification is awarded after asuccessfully completed project and presentation, meeting ASQ requirements.

Authorized Training Partner
CANEA is approved by the Project Management Institute, PMI, as an "Authorized Training Partner" A.T.P. and thus meets high requirements for training materials and lecturers. Most of our lecturers in project management are PMP® certified. Being A.T.P. means that all our training in project management and project control provides so-called PDU points (Professional Development Unit). The PDU points are then used to maintain the project management certificate with PMI.
