For the 22nd year in a row, users of CANEA ONE gathered for one of the year’s most inspiring events – our annual user conference. This year’s edition was the largest to date, with nearly 200 participants enjoying a day filled with knowledge, networking, and new insights.
The program featured over 20 inspirational lectures, seminars, and knowledge sessions. Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive – a clear sign of the event's success, strong engagement, high energy, and valuable knowledge exchange.
Conference Highlights
Henrik Eriksson: What Characterizes Successful Organizations?
Henrik Eriksson, professor at University West and guest researcher at Chalmers, delivered a highly appreciated keynote on the traits of successful organizations. Drawing from his research and the book Sweden’s Best Organizations, he presented five key principles for improvement and explained why improvement is often more sustainable than change – all enhanced by interactive exercises and inspiring examples.

An engaging panel discussion featured Henrik Eriksson (Chalmers), Åsa Ekelöf and Mia Palm (CANEA), and Fredrik Sernborn Kalin (Södra Älvsborg Hospital), moderated by Karl Hedman from CANEA.
Inspiring Customer Stories
A popular segment was our customers sharing how they use CANEA ONE in practice:

Alfdex shared how they developed a global management system that complies with both ISO 9001 and IATF.

Specialfastigheter described using CANEA ONE as both a management and project management tool, and how they handle challenges in a changing environment.

An Inspiring Finale – with Laughter and New Insights
The conference concluded with a much-praised presentation by Björn Hedensjö and Lina Thomsgård, known as the duo behind Dumma människor – Sweden’s largest psychology podcast.
Lina Thomsgård is an award-winning business developer, PR consultant, and TV host, while Björn Hedensjö is a licensed psychologist and author specializing in stress and sleep. Together, they delivered a session full of humor, science, and thought-provoking reflections on human behavior – a perfect wrap-up to an already inspiring day.
A Festive Evening with Dinner and a Show
After Tuesday’s sessions, attendees gathered for dinner and entertainment. The dinner show Feelings – Emotion Through Music featured spectacular performances, laughter, and a vibrant atmosphere – a memorable ending to an intensive and energetic conference.
