Corporate strategy in practice

Working with strategy development involves facing both interesting and difficult issues.

During this training, we provide concrete tools, tips and examples of how companies can develop their business plan in a structured way, so that it can then be realised in order to improve their market position.

Who is it for?

This course caters primarily to anyone who is involved in some way in operational management and wants to build on their knowledge of business planning and strategic tools and models. In other words, it is aimed at people in corporate management positions or anyone who, for any other reason, is involved in the company’s management work e.g. departmental managers, management personnel or management representatives of the business system.

What prior knowledge is required?

This course requires no prior knowledge.

Purpose and goal

The goal of the training is to give you good insight into the approaches, tools and working methods that should be used in effective business planning
