The public sector in Sweden consists of municipalities, state and county councils. Together with publicly owned companies and enterprises, it employs over 1.5 million people, mainly in the fields of social protection, public administration, health, education and defense. Today, Sweden’s public sector is the sixth largest in the European Union.

Challenges

Digitization is proceeding apace. At the same time, Sweden faces a major challenge linked to the demographic trend, as fewer people must support more. Reminder and alarm functions notify you when agreements must be followed up. Using authorizations, the system controls who may view and change the agreements, while also providing complete, directly traceable version and change histories with electronic signatures. It also supports contract templates with pre-loaded texts.
