Corporate strategy in practice

Working with strategy development means encountering both interesting and difficult issues. We give concrete tools, tips and examples of how companies can develop their business plan in a structured way, then carry it out to improve their market position.

What products or services should be offered? What markets should be focused on, and how should products be manufactured and distributed? The decision process is practised in a reality-based case study where we go from vision to execution. The training is aimed at those in the management group or who are involved in another way in the company's strategic and operative planning, such as line managers, process owners or business developers.

"The "Corporate strategy in practice" training course is a course that I can really recommend to people who are involved in management issues! Firstly because it is so concrete. You get access to tools that you can apply directly in your own company. Another thing that I and the other training participants appreciated was the way in which it was taught - we worked with case studies where we acted out the management group roles of a fictional company and successively developed the strategies during the course. Finally, I would like to add that the training materials were, as usual, of very high quality. The course folder summarises many "shelf metres" of management literature."
