Internal auditor - ISO 9001
The approach used in this intensive and comprehensive training course is that internal audit is a tool to create commitment and to find and implement improvements. A process-oriented business increases the company's customer satisfaction and reduces internal friction. All of this is supported by ISO 9001, which we go through carefully.
You get to plan and implement an audit in a process-oriented company through realistic role-play and case studies. You learn to audit management systems using counterflow wise techniques and to find improvements in working methods, hand-over points, roles and goals based on a focus on external and internal customers.

"I took CANEA's Internal audit training course and think that you get very good course leaders who succeeded in keeping us interested the whole time, even though there was a lot of material. I thought that the role-play was particularly interesting and useful, where we practically tested what we had learnt. As a manager I am responsible for the conduct of improvement work and audits are an important aspect of this. Here we got to experience the audit from the auditor's point of view and it was very instructive. The preparatory information sent out before the course meant that I had solid knowledge of the material. The course material is easy to read, but at the same time comprehensive and I will benefit from it after the course. I can truly recommend the training!"
