Continual Improvement Work – Kaizen Lean Six Sigma

Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen are three concepts aimed at minimising quality non-conformity and costs, and at the same time increasing effectiveness and customer satisfaction. The training course explains the differences and similarities between these three concepts, and how participants can select which parts are suitable to their own organisation.

The course entitles participants to the following PDU points: 23 for PMP/PgMP

Utb_PMICANEA is approved by PMI as a Registered Education Provider (REP) and thereby fulfils high standards for training materials and trainers.

The focus lies in explaining and giving training in the tools that all three concepts are based upon, such as 5S, SMED, DMAIC, SPC, VSM, 7QC/QM, JIT and Kanban.

The training course is based around a common case study, where participants practice using some of the tools in reality-based scenarios.

"The Constant Improvements - Lean Six Sigma course contained exactly what I was looking for. It was good to have the different concepts of Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma explained in their context and compared with each other. The trainer was very good and really succeeded in maintaining our interest. The level of the course was appropriate and it was clear that CANEA had done a lot of work on the documentation. I believe that I will get great benefit from the course in the future, since it has given me an insight into so many different concepts and tools, which has in turn given me several ideas for what we may be able to use in our business. In addition it was fun to train using the tools in practice, so that you feel confident in using them. I can really recommend this course to other people!"

"The Constant Improvements - Lean Six Sigma course is one of the best courses I have ever taken! The course was well composed and gave a very good insight into different tools for improvement and how they can be used in practice. Everything felt very business-relevant and directly applicable to our own situation. The course quite simply provided a lot of useful things to have in my arsenal, and I will get great benefit from it in my work. In addition, the trainer was really good and since CANEA's trainers work as consultants in parallel to leading training courses, it wasn't difficult to completely absorb the examples they used from their own assignments and experience. Similarly, the case studies were both sufficient in number, scope and relevance. This is a course that I would absolutely recommend others to go on. CANEA has achieved far above the so-called 80/20 principle, and I truly believe that everyone who takes this course in the future will be just as satisfied as me."
