Your first days at CANEA
Regardless of background, your first days at CANEA will be characterised by comprehensive skills development through the programme that your manager and allocated mentor will design.
The skills development aspect consists of a comprehensive programme of training courses within CANEA's areas of expertise, together with training in CANEA's product offering and methods. In addition, this first period often means being involved in a number of different assignments with guidance from an experienced consultant. This gives you a broad and solid platform from which to develop, so that in the future you can supply top quality results to our clients.
You will be given feedback on your performance both continuously and via planned appraisals. At these times you also have the possibility to give feedback about us. We will demand a lot from you and we think that you should demand the same from us.
