The CANEA team

Those of us who work as consultants at CANEA have technical, financial or scientific training. Many of our management consultants have double qualifications or hold PhDs. Within our IT business area, we have personnel with great expertise in systems development. A number have years of experience, while others are newly graduated with fresh theoretical knowledge.

Common to us all is the desire to develop and improve, not just for our customers but also ourselves, and the working methods upon which we build our success. We are characterised by the fact that everyone takes responsibility for achieving our goals. We are results-oriented, with a desire to exceed expected results. We often work in a team, where each person's role is adapted according to their expertise and strengths.

CANEA is a knowledge management company where the core is the qualities of the staff who work here. It is important that everyone is happy. To grow our team spirit, we invest continuously in a variety of social activities. This might be shared evening activities after work, parties, communal trips or varied sporting activities. We know that an open and pleasant atmosphere at work is the basis for good performance.

As management consultants, we work with enabling the client's organisation to develop and function more effectively. Many of our consultants are also trainers on our open and in-house courses. To be a trainer requires an ability to combine theory with practical experience from your own field, plus the capacity to convey this information. Each consultant and trainer undergoes an internal qualification process.
