Application

Initially, we would like information about you that you should formulate into a personal letter. Attach documentation about your education, expertise, previous experience and anything else you think we should know about. Good grades from the University aren't enough; we also place great importance on social competence and personal values. We don't ask that you should be a fully-fledged consultant or system developer, but rather that you should have a suitable base on which to build.

It is important for us to find the right people and we expend a lot of energy into our recruitment process. It consists of some stages. We are flexible and will find a suitable time to carry them out together with you.

1. We review your application.
2. Then we book an initial meeting where we have an informal conversation, mostly to give us an idea of who you are, what you are like as a person and what you have done previously. You usually meet Michael Åkerman, our recruitment consultant.
3. At this stage you will meet two senior people from CANEA. You will then undergo a more in-depth interview, including different reality-based scenarios that we want you to discuss. We also want you to provide a short lecture.
4. During this stage we take references and try to collect as much information about you as possible.
5. You will now talk to future colleagues, management consultants or system developers. It is the intention that during this stage you should have a proper opportunity to ask questions about the work and what it will mean for you. You will after this stage be able to take a fact bases decision that CANEA is something for you.
6. We will now discuss employment terms and make you an offer to consider.
